At the base of the US Constitution, the State Constitutions and the US Bill of Rights. Is the idea that every citizen has a voice and a means to protect justice, their rights and their voice.

Our first line of defense of those rights is our local court system. While they seem to be monitizing parts of the government like the electorial process (if you are rich you get this, if you are poor you get that), we still have our state and local court systems.

Here are, to the best we could find. The links to Court Rules and Rules of Civil Procedure.

"Many thanks to those states that have Rules of Court or Rules of Civil Procedure open published for their citizens!"
