This weekend is the National Eucharistic Congress in Indianapolis.
Groups are walking around all over the city to spread notice of love that is available to anyone that wants to join them. If I could walk I would be there.

Here are some interesting facts that will help you understand why religion is seldom mentioned in USA main stream media.

Number of people on earth: 8,100,000,000 8.1 billion
Number of people in the USA: 340,000,000 340 million
Number of Christians worldwide: 2,400,000,000 2.4 billion
Number of Muslims worldwide: 1,900,000,000 1.9 billion
Number of people in Hinduism: 1,200,000,000 1.2 billion

If you total the numbers that represent religious followers 5,500,000,000 the total number of religious people globally, including populations that are thousands of years old.

The religious believers are 15 times the size of our entire country. And most people believe in a higher power.

And almost all have a core belief of love and brotherhood.

As a person that has absolutely no doubt that there is a higher power and the power of love.

I hope the National Eucharistic Congress can bring people hope and love in these the darkest days of the USA.
