A Prayer for All Veterans

Dear God, please have a special place in your heart for all veterans of military and intelligence type services, alive and passed.

Most became so because they were not otherwise encumbered or out of a natural sense of duty to protect they families, friends and nation.

They deserve the utmost respect for taking on the duty they felt in their hearts to protect and serve the people of our great nation or our allies that were or are under duress.

Knowing that great warriors will do everything they can to prevent war before they annihilate the enemy usually on the grounds of usurping threatening inhuman behavior or actions that prevent our or other people from living honest safe and happy lives.

I pray that their lives and service are never lost or discounted for reasons otherwise and that those that still suffer from mental issues, homelessness, isolation etc. will receive their due from the society that they sought to protect.
