Dear God,

For Instance: In a representative democratic republic it is a person voted into an office by popular vote of the general population.

Why did our lawmakers quit actually making laws and become errand boys for business interests etc., handing in the laws and then calling their friends to get them to vote them as law? But, especially now with the ruling of Citizens United, corporations and even foreign governments via their corporate ownership of the USA will decide the vote and results buying manipulation of the voters by mass media and further removing the public’s access to and participation in issues sometimes as a result of the public being to poor to have access or by barriers put in place to interfere with participation.

Has someone decided that the democratic system is useless and that we are to be two legged, two armed little eaters to be used for their purposes till we die?

Do you think our lawmakers will ever wake up and realized that they have been punked by the most sophisticated con artists we ever seen? Keeping them so busy with financial campaign re election issues and party machinations that they barely have time to even read the bills that they as the duty bound elected and paid representatives of our nation are supposed to do.

What do you think we should do to help our lawmakers get back on track and be able and have the time and the inclination to actually be duty bound representatives of the peoples of their areas?

How can we help them realize the monumental honor they have been given to be chosen to participate in the administration of the greatest social structure (pre-huge segments that have been tricked out of our hands via clever and manipulative legislation intended to quash the burning desire of the human species to have full control of their lives so they can insure a safe and happy existence for all of mankind), The United States of America?
