Now that we have the ability to communicate globally, the ability to help governments be governments, instead of corporations, by exposing and evaluating the good bad and otherwise, the UCC has much less value to humankind.

  Main street is America, main street is real life globally, not Wall Street and quite possibly in 2011, in the US, no longer Washington DC and the elected officials of the House and Senate and what sometimes seems to be their minions in the States.

  It's not difficult to see the intended results or benefits of installing the UCC "published 1952?", but something changed. Technology reshaped the entire landscape of the world. Lucky for us the many in "POWER" didn't see the technology thing coming or believe it. Unlucky for us they continued their game of World Domination under the auspice that the people of the world are not capable of deciding their own futures "themselves".

  It's also interesting that the politicians and Wall Street types had no interest in the humanitarian value of global computer communication, the WWW/internet, which was introduced by some scientists in France looking for a faster way to communicate and collaborate worldwide with each other on projects.

  And now, it seems to fulfill corporate, personal or private agendas, government agencies hunt down, terrorize and jail people whos only interest is in not allowing abuses to people via the Internet and the use of the Internet by corporations and government employees or elected officials to strip people of their human rights.

  Looking at the overlaying or replacement of the US Constitution, Bill of Rights and Common laws with UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) is very interesting.

  I cannot understand why the brain trusts don't see the huge difference between corporate structure and purpose (which can be likened to a sport) and Government structure and purpose (which is supposed to protect all of it's people(s) via the management and distribution of generalized common services and needs). Example: distribution of water should not be a corporation!

  We may also want to realize. The systems we used to build our countries/societies worked fine during the building stages. But, they seem become genocidal when not changed after the service is built. And we have many more generalized services now that, considering the abuses by private entities, will at some point need to become part of the general services used and shared equally by all.

  Especially now that we see the results of the banking industries professional 50-100 years propaganda campaign selling us an untrue fact that it is OK to grow wealth without trading an equal product or service for it.

  Fundamentally in many instances the use of the UCC removes rights of persons and inalienable rights of all peoples and nations.

What would be some interesting results or reasons to replace Common laws with Commercial laws?

1. To prevent prosecution for Treason against ones nation.
2. To legalize the forms of Genocide in the name of the commercial good. Setting aside erga omnes (peremptory norms or jus cogens) compelling law, rights or obligations that are owed toward all. Examples of erga omnes norms includes the prohibition of torture, genocide, racial discrimination, piracy, maritime piracy, slaving in general (to include slavery as well as the slave trade), torture, and wars of aggression and territorial aggrandizement.
3. To legalize wars of aggression, especially those which only have the purpose/results of leveling the financial books of incompetent, illegal or corrupt banks, financial institutions/organizations and countries.
4. And inevitably or eventually to eliminate each humans/persons inalienable right to life!
