Don’t forget that business is a service.
In a true capitalist market, the market itself is the decider and equalizer.
Everyone plays by the same rules and everything works great.
Fact is that most people love serving others, it seems to be in a normal persons DNA.
One proof is in the fact that the USA grew so fast and was ahead of it’s time in many areas.
Also, look into almost any religious belief system and you will notice that serving others is one of the primary pillars.
Why? Because as a part of the need or desire to serve others a person must care about others, serving and caring about others go hand in hand.
Yep, caring…you care about others and it matters if your product or service actually helps them.
When a large number of people in a society change the meaning of business to predatory as in extortion or exploitation it is no longer business and it goes against the natural grain of the reasonable rational thought and becomes crime.
From 1960 to 2018 the public viewpoint about business has degraded or has been scapegoated by abuses of power and authority while at the same time they heaped huge bureaucracy on top of the small business people.
Which is why it’s important for you to stay true to yourself now more than ever.
Instead of getting sucked into the new predatory nature of fascism, communism or socialism which is the first step to huge bloodshed and historically the breakdown of all great societies.
And why it’s also important for us to take the microphone away from those that are exploiting us all.
First let’s clarify a bit; my wise and thoughtful opinion of course, ha.
The New Money Kings and Queens have and are failing us as a society.
1. A company that doesn’t pay a living wage to the other members of our society is exempting itself from the society by predatory taking huge rewards and playing no role in the society except IRS tax write offs.
They are really just incompetent failures that have allowed lawyers and accountants to take over their businesses.
Zero social responsibility; It took, what is really for most of us in the USA our mother countries of Europe, 20 years to force huge American companies to stop preying on exploiting the American people by invading our privacy and selling our personal information. The new rules will be ignored here.
Why couldn’t the USA do that on its own?
Because our companies are more interested in the gambling wins on Wall Street than on the general well being of our society and people.
They have lost sight of what made us and them great in the first place.
Does anyone remember the cool perks that our biggest tech companies offered in the beginning to get the brilliant people to produce amazing products and services? No more.
What happened, they used the gifted and discarded them at the same time there corporate steerage was turned over to Wall Street lawyers and accountants who goal is numbers on a piece of paper no matter who or what they kill.
Now they profess on trickery like building browsers that hook into your cell phone or desktop computers operating system so that it’s very difficult for you to modify or remove them.
Wait, hold your breath before you start thinking that I am a communist or socialist…duh I am 100% capitalist.
Capitalism works until corruption and opportunism are tolerated.
Look at us now, the real crimes that harm people, lives of millions of people, are being tolerated.
That’s why the upcoming elections are so important and that’s why caring smaller business people that deal with the social issues daily and and have an internal need to serve others, should stop letting themselves be shut out and ignored!
Who’s paying the price of the whims of our Legislatures and they buddies? WE ARE!
2. Where did mass incarceration come from? From a corrupt and selfish communist and socialist mindset of lazy people looking for a quick fix so they can feel good and declare the problem(s) solved.
Now we have American Terror Cells that do nothing but commit crimes, make life harder for us all and manipulate innocent people to blame and pay for it.
Those are not business people folks, they are corrupt criminals that teach abuse of power and authority for personal financial gain.
Their laziness and manipulations have created most of our problems!
It’s time to stop deluding ourselves, because to the rest of the world the USA looks like an incompetent police state.
As a business owner or manager you know there is seldom a quick fix.
As a business owner and manager that deals with employees and the public of our nation daily you have the most viable answers!
The politicians and their owners have failed us.
It’s time to give yourself some credit for the very important role you play in our world and to stop letting yourself get cut out of the game.
Business people are the ones that have been taking all the risks and working the insane hours. Business people are tough and for a living they care enough to find out what you want or need and get it for you.
Maybe we just need to serve and care a little more and put the predators, exploiters and opportunists back in their seats so we can actually solve some of the problem they created before they devastate us more than they are now.
I am 62 years old. I have worked across the spectrum, from the ghettos to the Ivory Towers to get the knowledge and wisdom I desired.
Without a doubt the small and medium business person(s) are the toughest, most reasonable and rational group of people I have ever encountered.
The character assassination and slander against small business people by the lazy, dishonest and opportunistic just so they can to quell the voices of people with integrity is part of a crime by people that don’t want to actually participate but that just want to steal!
As I said before, people that serve others really do care, the money is many times a total surprise.
Many of our huge corporations have become the callus careless gorilla in the room not just firmly in the way of solving problems but in their selfish incompetence’s they are promoting more problems daily.
So please stop letting them con you.
Small business people are the biggest gear in the whole of civilization, small business people deal with and suffer from the ills of society daily.
America is great but it’s time to move the bullshit and bullshitters out of the way, people are dying!
