Courts of Justice and Courts for Profits

Dear God,

A court of justice is the system that the people of the USA used for most of its history to decide arguments, grievances or penalize people that we find threatening to society.

In the history of mankind you will find that the longer the courts delivered Justice as the result instead of decisions based on the whims of one or another powerbase or division the longer the nation or society continued to be great.

I know I am just one man, but in my life one of the first decisions I knew about that was made by our court system. Was when the court ordered that there be no restitution, or barely even acknowledgement to a man that found out that, in order to see the result, the DOD had put drugs in his food without his knowledge while he was a soldier in the US armed forces.

The court ruling forever changed the role the DOD and their medical partners play in our lives not to mention the meaning of the contract we sign should we feel patriotic and want to help our nation and protect our way of life by joining the US military.

For much more than 200 years the USA and the people of the world were proud and awed by the courts of the USA and our court system.

People from all over the world sought to get their cases tried in the USA because they believed that they could get a more fair trial or justice.

Over the years, especially in the last 30 or so, many things have changed in our court systems.

We now seem to be treating the court room process as more of a sport with the judge being the referee including using it as a gateway to profit centers like the prison systems where we as a nation have set records for putting hundreds of thousands or millions of people into concrete and steel boxes for not following some rules. Rules I might add that were put in place not by mandate of us the citizens or the USA but rules that were put in place by a few that have declared themselves Gods or rulers of us our families and our lives.

We are putting hundreds of thousands or millions of people into prisons and jails. People who would never even consider purposely harming anyone.

Are so many of our citizens so dangerous that they need to be put into concrete and steel boxes for years on end. The answer is no.

But you can build a company, hire some lobbyists, make or change a law, make a few hundred million or billion dollars, kill a million or so people and never spend a day in jail.

Or you can cheat everyone like this: I am constantly reminded of the newspaper article that my grandfather showed me. A friend of his had invented a transmission that would help an automobile get 50-60 miles per gallon. Standard Oil had bought and shelved it. Had we been able to use it we would have saved trillions of gallons of gas in the years since 1965. Is greed a crime or at least a mental illness?

In a few short years the courts have harmed or ruined the lives of millions of people whose actions or activities were and or are in no way threatening to society.

Ignoring the fact that while they are busy making sure the huge corporations are getting what they want the issues facing the general public and the future of our nation are being all but ignored unless they have a protests or some other type of what our leaders have labeled as civil disobedience. Then again civil disobedience creates profit for the courts.

So aside from the profit motive, the court system can now be used to control the poor or unruly. Unruly or civilly disobedient meaning whistleblowers or anyone else that is not obedient to their wishes or power.

Lawyers, like the military and police are being trained that they are a separate, superior entity to the general public, that the general public are worthless losers that need manipulated and controlled by them as new members of the ruling class. And that they should feel free to exploit their power against us.

In 2012 it seems that anyone who is not acting satisfied with the actions and activities of the House and Senate and their corporate partners is being considered civilly disobedient which will end you up in their courts.

It seems that the courts have become so busy and lazy that they no longer consider the effect of the law on society or whether the law needs to be changed.

We train lawyers to be obedient to the rules instead of protectors of society’s rights and livelihood. Basing all decisions on whether you wore the yellow hat on Tuesday instead of what the rule says, Yellow hats are only supposed to be worn on Wednesdays. In some places in the USA if you wear the wrong color hat three times in a row you will be put into one of their concrete and steel boxes for 25 years of your God given life.

If you sit in real courts and watch the proceedings you will notice that the majority of people being “judged” by our court system are in no way shape or form raging maniacs that need to be confined in concrete and steel boxes. Not to mention that the judges and lawyers themselves have never spent a day or two in the jail themselves to see and experience personally themselves what they are ordering be done to others like they are playing a board or video game.

What good does it do to put people in a concrete and steel box?

You wore the yellow hat on Thursday, you broke the law, the court orders you to go sit in a concrete and steel box for 50 years.

You cannot wear a yellow hat on Thursday but you can inject dangerous chemicals into the ground and invade water systems that are used daily by humans, and animals like cattle that are later slaughtered and fed to you and me. Just ask the families that live near new natural gas wells who can now light the water on fire as it comes out of their faucets.

Many lawyers have traded knowledge of law and social responsibility in for being an “officer of their courts” and power brokering.

Many courts actually make a profit and collect maybe 8% interest on many payments to the court.

Sad but true, if you want to make a lot of money, these days a great career move is to get elected to a local government position like state representative or city whatever, open a collection company and start helping slum landlord or other dishonest companies rip off the public by running them through a court system that all of your friends or partners rule.

Since courts are now profit centers it seems that it has been easy for those that like unconscionable control and power and win at any and all costs.

Are you starting to understand why the US mainstream media was bought up by a foreign national, oh I forgot he just recently gained his US citizenship.

Under threat of becoming controlled like the news media or the movie industry.

Just like news media that only tells you what is approved of by the rules/masters of our society.

The movie industry, which only allows mass distribution of movies approved by people that think they are the rules/masters of our society. Whose new role seems to be to teach you that it’s inevitable and ok when you get screwed over by their system.

The courts as profit centers are now dangerously close to making decisions approved by people that think they are the rules/masters of our society.

If you do not pay into their system, if you do not have money, you will probably lose. That is one result of having a for profit court system.

Results? The extermination of Justice and Liberty or at the least termination of Justice and a clearly taught new confined and dictated Liberty.

When we as a nation had a love for our society and Justice the system worked well. Judges and Lawyers were held in high esteem and seemed to serve us well.

Rev Mike (pardon me for the poor writing, this issue is huge to our society and future)

Amen
